GROOVE JAM move + groove A refreshing alternative to traditional music classes for kids. Groove Jam is a toe-tapping, foot-stomping, runaround good time. Live music and a groovy vibe. Grab a box of pasta to shake or some wooden spoons to tap. Music is everywhere. Fee includes a Jam Bag with egg shakers, jingle bells and a rainbow streamer |
ROCK OM live music + yoga Kids of all ages benefit enormously from practicing mindfulness and yoga. Groove and Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga combine yoga poses + games with live music for a perfect balance. No experience needed. Can also be delivered as a whole family practice. Option to purchase a Yogi Kit with mindfulness glitter jar making kit and mandala coloring book. |
