EXPLORATION BANDS (3-8 yrs) Be in the Band Game-based music learning teaches kids fluencies first! We explore rhythm. melody, harmony and songwriting through and interactive curriculum. Includes drum circles, sing alongs, full body games, and instrument exploration. Kids play more when they play with friends! ROCK OM (4-7 yrs) live music + yoga Kids of all ages benefit enormously from practicing mindfulness and yoga. Groove and Budding Buddhas Kids Yoga combine yoga poses + games with live music for a perfect balance. No experience needed. Can also be delivered as a whole family practice. Option to purchase a Mindfulness Kit: glitter jar craft, mandala coloring book. |
