As we navigate the reopening our studio and the re-imagining of our programming, your family's health and safety is our first priority. Groove is taking extensive measures steps to keep your family safe.
What does an in-person class at Groove look and feel like?
All participants are required to complete a Wellness Pledge (see it here) prior to each class
All classes are limited in number to comply with current covid-19 safety protocols.
All participants (ages 2 and up) must wear a mask and/or face shield during class. No exceptions.
Groove's 6 foot wide screened front doors will remain open as long as possible for optimal air flow
An ALEN BreatheSafe air purifier fitted with a H13-true HEPA medical grade filter cleans 99.99% of airborne particles. It completely re-circulates the air every 30 minutes.
Hand sanitizer, wipes, tissues, toy/instrument cleaner are readily available throughout the studio
Each grown-up/kid duo or MiniKeys bandmate has their own 4.5' x 4.5' carpeted "music space" in which to move and groove.
Jam families are given a Groove Pack of brand new,easily-sanitized instruments and props. These are used ONLY by your family each week and are yours to take home at the end of our session.
MiniKey bandmates are each assigned a djembe drum, drum sticks, mini Keyboard and color-coded props for their exclusive use during class. Each prop or instrument is disinfected before and after class.
No outside food or beverage is allowed. Kids may bring water bottle with name clearly marked
