All CPR/First Aid courses at Groove are led by Steve Sharkey, FDNY firefighter, EMT, educator, and Founder of EXO Workshops.  First responder owned and operated, EXO offers first-aid workshops which mimic real life scenarios and focus on building confidence through teamwork and communication. ​
