Groove Baby delivers a series of classes and opportunities for the littlest of littles. It's like Mommy, Daddy & Me. Only Groovier. But, let's face it. Our classes are really for getting out of the house, bonding with baby and building community for you and your child.
BABY ROCK Because you're never too young!
A hip introduction to music, instruments and Music for Aardvarks for babies from birth to pre-walking. Don’t expect all lullabyes and la-la-la… this a music class for babies that really rocks! Live music, pint-sized drums, easy-to-grasp shakers, and other music makers to keep busy hands happy. Baby Rock is also a great place for new parents who are living through the same sleep-free nights and baby milestones to meet each other.
GROOVY MAMA YOGA Time to breathe. Post-Natal Yoga.
Mamas and babies can find balance together in this post-natal yoga class. This class is for parents with newborns through pre-walkers. Little ones are included when they’re not too busy making new friends or having a nap! Postures can be modified to meet the needs of students of all levels. Our Groovy Yoga class leader is a brand new mom who is certified in pre- and post-natal yoga as well as yoga for kids and grown-ups.
